We are looking for a customer service advisor who speak French AND Spanish for a client in the Rugby area.

This is a role that starts off in the office, but they will move to hybrid after approx. 6 weeks.

You will be working in a call centre environment, dealing with incoming calls from customers who might have broken down in France or Spain and help to recover them. You might need to speak to local hotels, local vehicle collectors and local vehicle repair centre.

There will be a CRM to update, you will be sending email and working towards response times.

There is a massive focus on speaking to people via phone so its absolutely vital that you are fluent in BOTH Spanish & English (not one - you need to speak both, this is a dealbreaker) .

This is a nice role, a good bit of variety, no 2 days are the same and you make a real difference.

This role offer you:

• £13.80 p/hour as a starting salary
• 40 hours paid per week.
