Bid Writer

SUEZ recycling &recovery UK are looking to recruit Bid Writers into our Corporate Bid team based at Maidenhead.

The Bid Writer is responsible for the written content of the corporate bid submission. Ensuring that the text represents the voice of the customer, captures their needs and the requirements of the tender submission.

The content needs to follow corporate style guidelines and contains the latest version of bid content representing SUEZ in the most professional manner

The post holder will provide general support for Bid Managers throughout the tender process.

As a bid writer at SUEZ you will be tasked with creating and finessing content for bids that we are both pipelining and tendering.

You'll be drawing on your creative writing skills to bring the quliatative aspects of our Bid tenders to life, ensuring they are both comprehensive, accurate, informative and engaging.

Working with both the Business Managers and Financial modellers you will utilise your commercial knowledge to work together to build a compelling bid.


Ideally you'll have experience of bid writing or drafting/pulling content together for formal documents.

You'll need to be comfortable with accessing and drawing down information from online portals and used to working to tight deadlines.
