BI LEAD (12-MONTH FTC)

REMOTE (1 DAY MONTHLY IN LONDON OFFICE)

£60,000 - £75,000 PER ANNUM.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced BI Lead with a background to join their and lead their fast-paced team of analysts.

THE COMPANY

This company is a leading software vendor specializing in utilities, including power, gas, and water, primarily in the retail sector. Their main focus is on providing innovative billing system solutions tailored to the needs of utility companies.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced BI professional with a proven track-record of leading BI teams and the ability to complete hands on work to join our clients growing data team.

• This role encompasses two primary facets: hands-on technical work (approximately 80%) and team management (approximately 20%).
• Lead and manage the global BI team, ensuring efficient delivery of solutions and support to clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for client interactions and participate in strategic discussions.
• Coordinate with the customer success team to address client concerns and optimize service delivery.
• Drive technical development and troubleshooting efforts, particularly focusing on the visualization layer using Tableau and Power BI.
• Navigate data protection concerns, especially with clients in government-owned sectors.
