Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst, Sustainable Fashion

As we expand our global reach, we are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst. This role will play a crucial part in communication between fashion buyers, marketeers, and software development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Looker Transition: Lead the transition from Looker Studio to Looker, ensuring a seamless migration of data and reports.
  • Communication Bridge: Facilitate effective communication between fashion buyers, finance professionals, and the remote software development team in Poland, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on BI requirements and objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise your expertise in Excel, SQL, and BI analysis to provide valuable insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to empower end-users with the skills required to leverage Looker effectively, promoting self-service analytics.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for BI processes, best practices, and data governance to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a standardised approach.
