HR Reward Analyst (Part-time 3 days)

Are you passionate about supporting the HR function and specialising in rewards and benefits? We're seeking a talented individual to join our client in this growing Lloyd's Syndicate / MGA HR team!

Role Overview: As the Reward Analyst, you'll provide essential administrative / analytical support to the HR department focusing on reward management. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a pivotal role in activities such as salary reviews, bonus administration, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Assistant to input new starter information into the system (Cascade)
  • Assist in preparing annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and profit commission spreadsheets, gathering line manager feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of remuneration and benefit memberships in Cascade, producing necessary employee documentation.
  • Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate adjustments and timely processing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Cascade Payroll and Benefits, ensuring smooth data management and accurate benefit uploads.
  • Coordinate benefits review cycles and enrollment windows.
  • Manage CycleScheme and Electric Vehicles eligibility and authorisations.
  • Support various committees, including Remuneration and Charity Committees, with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, including gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
  • Provide management information to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of employment policies, company compliance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational, communication, numerical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Cascade.
  • Excellent data entry and analysis abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
