• Work 1:1 with students with Autism, mental health difficulties, and learning disabilities
• Ideal for graduates or those with experience in youth work, support roles, or mental health

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs
• Assist in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive development
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a structured learning environment
• Contribute to students' social, emotional, and academic progress

• Passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs
• Experience working with children, preferably in SEN or behavioural support
• Strong behaviour management skills (restraint training desirable but not essential)
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
