iTalent Recruitment is working with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school seeking a Full-time Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in youth work, mentoring, education, or a related field who is committed to supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs to succeed in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 with behavioural challenges, both in and out of the classroom.
• Develop and implement tailored behaviour strategies and interventions.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students to promote positive change.
• Work closely with teaching staff, the pastoral team, and parents/carers.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• A positive role model who can inspire and motivate.
• A proactive team player with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
