Position: Behaviour Analyst
Location: London, Middlesex, Kent

Role: Permanent
Salary: £31,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience)
Start: ASAP

Qin Recruitment are working in partnership with a specialist organisation who provide Positive Behaviour Support and Behaviour Analysis services to a wide range of clients and organisations across the UK.

Their clients include Children & Young People, NHS, Parents & Carers, Hospitals, Charities, Learning Disability Service Providers and Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health problems.

Their team of Behaviour Analyst’s continues to grow, and they are now looking to appoint additional BA’s in the areas of London, Middlesex and Kent. These are permanent positions working 37.5hrs per week, usually between 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.

Salary is £31,000 - £39,000 per annum depending on experience and there are whole host of company benefits to.

About the role

The Behaviour Analyst is responsible for managing a caseload of complex clients, delivering assessments and interventions that lead to positive changes for the person, their network and wider system. This will require being flexible in approach, solution focused, and ability to maintain resilience under pressure.

Ideal candidates possess a strong capacity for understanding and navigating complex situations, leading cases, have a high degree of empathy and an ability to communicate calmly and effectively in situations which may be physically and emotionally challenging. This person would have experience leading others, ideally in a supervising capacity. They will maintain the highest standards of record keeping including electronic data entry and recording through professional self-governance in accordance with professional codes of practice and GDPR principles.

About you

Qualifications & BCBA in good standing

Registered with UK-SBA as a full member

Up to date knowledge of legislation, national and local policies, and issues in relation to both the specific client group, ABA and Positive Behaviour Support.

Experience Required

Experience leading a caseload of people with complex presentations including learning disability and autism who may have co-morbid diagnoses (e.g., generalised anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder) Experience leading and managing teams to carry out behavioural programmes across various settings (e.g., in school, residential homes, hospital and community settings)

Preferred

Supervising BCBA qualification

Experience supervising those working towards their certification (e.g., RBTs, BCaBA, BCBA)
