Business Development Manager/Lettings

Location: Nottingham

Basic Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate

OTE: £60,000

We are representing a dynamic letting agency in the heart of Nottingham, committed to providing exceptional service and homes to our clients. We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager for our Lettings business to join our team and help us expand our reach in the local property market.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with local landlords to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct property valuations and provide accurate assessments to prospective clients.
• Drive business development initiatives to increase market presence and revenue.
• Stay informed about relevant legislation and ensure compliance in all dealings.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve collective goals and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of property valuation and legislative requirements.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Leadership experience and initiative-driven mindset.
