Battery Technician- Aerospace

* MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE*

My clients based within the Heathrow area seeking an experienced Battery Technician to join their growing aerospace team!

Duties would include:

• Inspect all shipping containers upon arrival at the workshop
• Taking photos of any damaged goods as they arrive
• Maintain batteries in strict accordance with the relative OMM/CMM and standard working procedures
• Complete and maintain clear neat workshop records
• Prepares battery for shipping after completion of maintenance process
• Identify issues arising from maintenance regime and provide solutions for issue resolution
• Scrap batteries and prepare for recycling as require
• Resolve warranty claims
• Complete certification in line with EASA/CAA / FAA regulations
• Preparing daily reports
• General admin/ ensure the workshops kept tidy and clean

Skills required:

• Previously experience within a a similar role
• BTEC diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or electromechanical)
• Experience in working on Aircraft component maintenance EASAC3C6C8

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday, Week 1 0600-1400 / Week 2 1200-2000
