Barista

Premier Work Support are proud to be recruiting a temporary to permanent Barista for a prestigious establishment based in Glasgow.

To organise and control all aspects of the day to day hospitality fine dining service and catering related operations to comply with the client, company, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations.
• Wear the correct standard of dress or uniform at all times.
• Ensure that all company and client contracts are acted upon in the manner which best serves the company interests.
• Maintain a positive and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours.

Duties:

• To ensure the prompt service of hospitality services at required times to the Company's standard and to the satisfaction of the Client
• To give a professional and efficient service in the meeting rooms and promote a friendly but discreet service
• To ensure all service areas are always left clean and tidy
• To understand how all equipment works and be able to demonstrate and train staff to the required standard
• To ensure that all stores and other areas of potential loss are always secured.
• Initiative - self-motivated to ensure they acquire any further information or training they may need to aid them in their role and that all aspects are considered and acted upon when setting up events.
• Presentable, as client facing the candidate should be well mannered, friendly, professional, and well dressed.

Infrequent Duties:

• To attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time
• To relieve and assist in other areas within the unit or other establishments.
