Barista

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Barista to work for a busy and popular hospitality establishment based in Thetford.

Your role as a Barista will involve:

• Reporting to the Catering Supervisor
• Ensuring that all orders are taken accurately and communicated well with the Kitchen
• Preparing and selling coffee drinks
• Cleaning and preparing tables accordingly
• Serving food quickly and to the highest standard
• Making certain that Health & Safety & Hygiene standards are adhered to
• Proactively serving customers, resolving queries and complaints

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, have experience in working in a pressured environment and be able to work flexible shifts.

This is a permanent role.

Hours will be between 32-40 hours a week with alternate weekends - no evenings.

Hourly rate will be £11.60 per hour.
