Your new company

Hays Social Care currently holds the widest network of Social Care recruitment offices within the UK, larger than all of our competitors. However, in order to further increase our dominance and presence in the market, we are currently in the process of expanding our network throughout the Wirral. Due to this, I am recruiting for Support Workers.

Your new role

As a support worker you will be working within residential and supported living environments, utilising your knowledge and experience to work effectively with adults and/or children with LD, PD, MH and challenging behaviour. Ultimately, your role will be to optimise the quality of life for residents and supporting them within the community.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you must be flexible to work shifts, have experience working within this sector, and/or have achieved an NVQ L2/L3 in Health and Social care.
