This Intensive Community Therapies team are looking for a Mental Health Nurse with experience of full needs assessments and mental health.
The hours of work will be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week), and this is a community role, so applicants must have own transport.
The rate of pay will be £22 per hour (umbrella Rate), and this will initially be a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension.
The Intensive Community Therapies team is dedicated to the provision of individualised care to service users, with the aims of enabling them to reduce their distressing symptoms and focusing on personal goals which enhance social inclusion and enable a more independent life.
The team consists of a wide range of professionals including psychiatric nurses, appvoved mental health professionals, social workers, community support workers, occupational therapists, cognitive behavioural therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists and assessment officers.
A range of evidence based interventions are used in both groups and individual appointments to support patient's recovery, from specialised areas of expertise in the treatment of severe depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders and other difficulties that may have been caused by past life experiences.
