Exciting Opportunity: Band 4 Administrator - Data/Information Management

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively seeking a Band 4 Administrator for our client in Belfast City Centre. This role presents an outstanding opportunity, particularly for students seeking summer/term-time employment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree or recognized professional qualification AND at least 1 year of relevant experience in a data/information management role at Band 3

OR

  • 3 years of relevant experience in a data/information management role at Band 3


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
  • Hourly rate of £12.25, paid weekly


Job Duties:

  • Oversee the collection, collation, and management of routine returns: transplant follow-up and monthly activity reports
  • Produce and translate ad-hoc reports as requested by the clinical team
  • Retrieve missing source documentation and ensure timely submissions
  • Accurately extract and analyze medical terminology related to patients` diagnosis, procedures, and treatment
  • Record data on NHSBT and other systems, pursuing outstanding records
  • Maintain communication channels with clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Update the patient timeline on the renal system (eMed) and advise on data quality improvement
