Part-Time Position

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is thrilled to be your gateway to an amazing opportunity within the public sector as a Band 2 Clerical Officer with typing duties.

This part-time role offers the ideal work-life balance, with working days from Monday to Friday and hours from 09.00 to 12.45.

We are in search of candidates with a strong clerical background and the IT skills needed to excel in our client's busy department.

Your responsibilities will include:

? Proficiently managing IT systems

? Daily utilization of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word

? Precise data entry using the client's computerized CRM system

? Maintaining stringent quality standards

? Efficiently handling telephone inquiries with courtesy and warmth

? Delivering top-notch administrative support to internal and external stakeholders

To qualify, candidates should have one of the following:

?? 4 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent OR ?? NVQ Level 2 in Administration OR ?? RSA Stage II Typing or Word Processing

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

?? Exceptional organizational and time management skills

?? Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office)

?? Outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail

?? The ability to multitask effectively

This is a part-time, temporary role with an attractive hourly pay rate of £10.42.
