How you will make an impact as a Receptionist

• To provide an industry leading level of service that meets customer care requirements and is in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and customer requirements.
• Display an outstanding level of customer service, take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.
• display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of Securitas and the customer.
• Answer telephone calls in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and customer requirements.
• Recent experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

What you will bring to be a Security Receptionist:

• Previous experience gained in a Corporate environment would be desirable
• Applicants will possess excellent customer service skills
• Applicants will have good communication skills, able to articulate with authority
• You must be able to remain calm and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• You will be vigilant and alert, able to use caution and apply an inquisitive mindset to your duties.
• All applicants must hold a clear 5-year check able employment or education history
• Due to the nature of our client's industry sector applicants must meet strict UK right to work criteria.
• A basic level of PC literacy is required, able to use email and operate a two-way radio
