As a B2B Sales Manager at Apogee, you will play a dual role—personally driving high-value sales while also leading a successful sales team. You will be responsible for selling our service-led solutions, all delivered under managed service contracts, directly to senior decision-makers within businesses, including CEOs and board-level stakeholders. This is a hands-on, client-facing role within the B2B sector, where you will also shape sales strategies, coach your team, and ensure revenue targets are exceeded.
Our typical sales cycle—from initial engagement to signed agreement—is around 90 days, so experience managing and progressing longer-term, consultative B2B sales processes is essential.
