B2B Sales Executive
Based near Portsmouth
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00
Salary: £20,000 + uncapped commission and bonus
OTE £40K in the first year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Sales Executive to join a well-established, forward thinking company based in Portsmouth. We are looking for people who possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing enquires to build strong relationships. The company offer great progression opportunities within 6-12 months and provide 2 salary increases annually on performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
- To work with a database of potential customers, building strong relationships and developing qualified appointments.
- To build relationships within your allocated accounts, in order to consistently develop opportunities.
- To report and forecast accurately on opportunities including accurate use of all internal systems and resources.
- Working to targets and KPI's.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times and taking ownership of individual customer accounts.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous customer service or B2B account management experience.
- High computer literate.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Able to profile in an appropriate manner to best identify sales opportunities.
- Excellent rapport building skills.
- Ability to objection handle, recommend and close.
- Strong attention to detail.
