Are you a French speaker with a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service to clients based in France? Then we're looking for you. Our client, an innovative manufacturing company is urgently seeking a B2B Sales Administrator with French for their expanding EMEA Support team.
You will be dealing with B2B clients in the French market and you will be responsible for internal and external communication with B2B clients, customer services, logistics, order management, account management, order fulfilment and product support on the relevant accounts.
The main responsibilities include order processing, resolving queries raised by French speaking companies, handling follow-up phone calls and tracking orders in French and English handling incoming calls and contact from partners/clients promptly, courteously and with attention to detail.

You will ideally have previous experience in customer service, order processing, order fulfilment and general support for the existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Perfect fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Experience and/or interest in providing customer services, order processing, order fulfilment, sales support, sales administration essentially in a product support and/or order dispatch environment
- Experience working in a customer services, order processing, client support, administration or account management dealing with products is an advantage for this position
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
