Position: B2B Paid Social & Paid Search Manager

Must be able to travel to Kingston Upon Thames - 3 days a week

Overview: As the B2B Paid Social & Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid media campaigns across social media and search platforms to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for our B2B clients. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, proficiency in paid social advertising platforms, and expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective digital marketing solutions that meet client objectives and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies for B2B clients, encompassing both paid social and paid search channels.
    • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Paid Social Management:

    • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others, targeting key decision-makers and influencers in B2B industries.
    • Develop engaging ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to B2B audiences to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Implement advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach specific B2B personas and verticals.
  3. Paid Search Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns using platforms like Google Ads (Search and Display), Bing Ads, and other relevant search advertising platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze search trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
  4. Budget Management:

    • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across paid social and paid search channels to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Monitor campaign spend, pacing, and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimize campaign performance and efficiency.
  5. Client Communication and Reporting:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid media campaigns, providing regular updates on performance, insights, and recommendations.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3/4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and paid search advertising, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Expertise in paid social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and search advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
