About the Opportunity
As an Azure Infrastructure Consultant, you will design, configure and implement cutting edge enterprise Microsoft cloud technology solutions to provide clients with a cloud platform foundation for success.
With a clear focus on delivering the best value to clients for their Microsoft investment, you will work through the complete consulting life cycle, including (but not limited to):
Design: Running Design workshops, creating solution design documentation, presentations, working closely with the customer to scope project requirements and integration with their existing systems.
Deployment: Configuration, integration, testing, optimisation and implementation of solutions.
This is a field based opportunity, with travel to a variety of client sites across the public and private sectors.
The Cloud Infrastructure Practice covers a wide range of technologies across the Microsoft Cloud Platform, we are interested in hearing about your experience designing and implementing any of the following:
- Azure Iaas/Paas
- Azure Resource Manager
- Azure Automation technologies
- Azure ExpressRoute
- Azure Backup & Site Recovery
- Azure PowerShell
- Azure AD Premium
- Experience securing Azure & Cloud services
- Experience migrating services to Azure & Cloud services
Ideally you will have already completed some of your Microsoft Certifications (for example Azure 532 or 533, MCSA Private Cloud, MCSE Cloud Platform & Infrastructure), but the opportunity to gain further certifications will be provided.
Due to the client-facing nature of the role, excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems clearly are a must.
Please note that all successful candidates will be required to pass SC clearance.
