AWS & Windows Server Administrator
Job: AWS & Windows Server Administrator - (London)
This company (a well-recognised train operator) are looking for a Server/System Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining their AWS & Windows server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Duties to include;
Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software components.
Monitor server performance and ensure high levels of system availability.
Conduct regular system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Servers.
Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard server infrastructure.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Other stuff;
£’s: flexible - in the region of £300 per day (direct contract between you and the client).
Location: London South Bank with the possibility of occasional home working.
