Join our client as an Aviation & Operations Executive, where your role is pivotal in upholding their distinguished reputation. You will working closely with the Head of Commercial and the Operations team.

Aviation and Operations Executive - What will I be doing ?

• Your main responsibilities will include preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus, processing reissues and refunds, generating reports, updating relevant departments with airline offers, and being the first point of contact for quotes, rate & fare rule queries, name changes, amendments, staff travel (air) and flights for fam trips.
• You will also be processing booking confirmations and invoices, liaising with overseas ground handlers, and assisting with other duties in the department

Aviation and Operations Executive - What experience do I need ?

• It is essential that you have advanced proficiency in Amadeus for flight bookings
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and reporting
• Comprehensive understanding of airline rules and fares
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English
• Preferable knowledge of the Caribbean, Arabia, Europe, and the Indian Ocean regions

Aviation and Operations Executive - What else do I need to know?

• Full-time, 9 - 5.30 with occasional Saturdays
• Hybrid working model, with at least 2 days spent in our client's London office
• Additional hours may be required during peak periods
