Key Tasks ? To exceed the invoiced margin performance of £450,000 gross profit on equipment and implementation services.

? To focus activity on Integrated AV Room and Video conferencing opportunities, primarily targeting new-builds, office technology refreshes and multiple system roll-outs.

? To acquire and maintain the required knowledge of the products and services of the Company.

? To use professional sales skills to present the Company's products and services directly to decision makers, budget holders and senior executives in order to win the business.

? To use professional sales techniques to prospect and achieve profitable revenues.

? To formulate and execute a detailed sales action plan for each named account.

? To establish and enhance the Company's presence in the assigned portfolio. ? To sell systems and services in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.

? To optimise time and plan effectively to ensure a sufficient number of meetings take place each week to achieve the required sales performance.

? To maintain an up-to-date record of planned activities and contact with all clients and prospects through the Company database (Clik). ? To prepare and record in the database the agenda in advance of each client meeting.

? To document in the database the content and outcomes of each client meeting before the end of each day. ? To ensure client satisfaction at all times by being the focal point within the Company for all named accounts.

? To provide feedback through formal reporting on the Company's presence in each named account, on any competitor activity and on sales opportunities not being exploited
