My client is seeking an AV Project Engineer to join their team. You may be an AV Commissioning Engineer looking for their next step and have an interest in pursuing a Project Engineer role as part of your career progression. You will be proficient in AutoCAD and AV Hardware and will have experience of directly dealing with clients.
Please note - you MUST have AV experience to be considered for this opportunity.
This is a Hybrid role so would suit someone looking for flexibility in their working week.
Duties:
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements
- Apply AutoCAD and other relevant tools to develop detailed engineering plans for AV integration projects
- Ensure that project designs adhere to industry standards, client specifications, and budget limitations
- Assess AV equipment and components in accordance with project necessities
- Carry out rigorous testing and evaluation of hardware components
- Provide technical guidance to the installation team
- Join forces with project managers and installation teams
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure observance to project provisions
