AV Project Engineer

Berkshire

£35,000 - £40,000

Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30)

The Company:

A full-service AV integrator specialising in designing, installing, commissioning, and supporting AV solutions for the corporate sector.

Job Purpose Summary:

To assist the projects team by designing corporate AV solutions and providing technical input during client meetings.

This is an ideal role for an experienced AV Engineer who is looking to advance their career and move into a Project Management position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Project Support team to support the sales and projects team, ensuring all solutions sold are achievable and meet client specifications.
  • Produce design drawings using Stardraw, including schematics, cable schedules, elevations, and rack layouts.
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical input when necessary.
  • Create kit lists for each project.
  • Conduct site surveys.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an AV Engineer or solutions designer.

Experience and Skills Preferred:

  • Experience with Stardraw.

In Return:

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of between £35,000 - £40,000, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a company credit card, and access to a company vehicle.

In addition to this, you will also receive sickness cover, death in service compensation of 4X your annual salary, and a private pension.
