The Company:

Due to continualgrowthour client based in theAudio Visual and Events Industry,we arelooking to recruit aAudio VisualManagerAV Manager.As an integrator of AV solutions, we are able to offer potential for growth and progression for the right candidate.

Job Purpose Summary:

Workingin partnerships with a range of hotels , with many of these venues having on-site Technicians and equipment. We are looking for an Audio VisualManager / AV Manager to provide technicalsupport where required to clients in the hoteland contacting the hotel, bringing together the various elements of our full solutions looking toofferthedelivery oftop class live events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• To service and co-ordinate all AV requirements as requested by clients through the hotel events team
• To contact clients in relation to future bookings within the hotel andupsell our services wherepossible.
• To offer technical advice and support to the hotel'ssales and events team
• Ensuring that all kit is set up neatly and to a highstandard.
• To generate proposals for events and work directly with clients to ensure that their event runssmoothly.
• Tokeep an on-going stock check of equipment stored onsite.
• Keep an up-to-date running sheet of work along with submitting a weekly costsheet.
