A fantastic AV Manager opportunity is currently available for a global marketing agency, that is known for its nurturing, forward-thinking, and fulfilled culture. You will work for an agency where you can challenge conventions - you will think outside of the box to drive innovation!

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing implementational plans and strategic ideas for the client.
  • Delivering on day to day client requests and building strong client relationships across all AV channels including TV, CTV, VOD, Cinema and Radio.
  • Providing team with regular feedback and providing constructive direction when required.
  • Ensuring the high standards of work and attitude across the team.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Strong previous AV buying experience across multiple channels.
  • Experience using DDS planning and buying systems.
  • Will be able to confidently talk a client through a media plan.
  • Must have a passion for AV; understand it's role within the media mix and the challenges for the industry in this space.
  • A strong team player, someone who can support the AV Director and oversee AV Executives.
  • A positive can-do attitude is a must.
