• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Supervise and support junior staff members
• Liaise directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Prepare audit files and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Review financial statements and draft reports

• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
