You’ll be a skilled auditor, excellent communicator, you’ll have built up a significant knowledge bank in all areas of audit and you’ll be excited to get to work on being the client’s main point of contact and overseeing the allocation of audit work in the team.

You’ll also be able to act in a position of support to the Audit Seniors and Managers and you’ll be keen to be involved in the firm’s business development.

Job Purpose
  • Support the delivery of audits from planning to completion, including field work.
  • Work closely with the Audit Senior to ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Support junior staff with learning and development.
  • Build good rapport with clients.
  • Assist with target setting and department budgeting.
  • Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Champion your own professional development, scoping training opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
  • ACA or ACCA? studying (or ready to begin) with previous audit experience within practice.
  • Highly organised and able to manage own workload.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
  • An eagerness to progress with the firm, undertaking continuous professional development.
