Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you will...

  • Work directly with Directors and Partners to oversee a portfolio of audit and/or non-audit clients (non-audit services include but are not limited to review and delivery of accounts prep work, corporation tax support, advisory services, and ad hoc technical advice).
  • Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge and awareness of emerging issues across the audit and accounting field.
  • Provide high level technical guidance on audit, accounts, and tax matters internally and externally.
  • Proactively mentor juniors in the department including post qualified staff.
  • Client management and commercial awareness - agree fees with partners and clients, understanding the basis of our time costs and the value the client perceives in the work undertaken, tracking, and improving recoveries, raising bills, and following up on outstanding debt.


Requirements
What you will need as an Audit Manager...

  • ACA/ACCA/CA Qualified
  • People management/supervisory experience.
