Audit Manager - Oxford

Our Client, a leading established firm of Chartered Accountants are looking for an Audit Manager to join their expanding team.

You will be responsible for managing the audit and assurance function for your own diverse portfolio of clients in various sectors, including Charity clients and managing teams on-site to ensure the work is carried out within the required deadlines.

You will also be responsible for motivating and developing junior team members and offering support for their continued progression.

The role will also require you to visit clients at their premises, so you will need to have access to your own transport.

Ideally you will hold a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA and have a strong audit background within practice.

You will also possess a good understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards, with experience of managing staff, as well as audit and assurance assignments

A working knowledge of software packages such as Pro-Audit and Digita would also be helpful.
