An expanding Mid-Tier Firm in Bury St Edmunds is looking for an additional Audit and Accounts Manager to join their busy Corproate Services team, paying a salary of £51,000 - £65,000 depending upon experience. With the opportunity to work both flexibly and on a hybrid basis - this is something this Firm actively encourages.

In this role as Audit and Accounts Manager you will be responisble for managing audit, accounts preparation and tax compliance services for a range of businesses, with approximately 60% Audit and 40% non-audit split.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Audit and Accounts Manager who is ready for more responsibility and progression or for an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.

To be a successful Audit and Accounts Manager you will be:

- Qualified ACCA/ACA or equivalent

- Have experience within Audit

- Have experience managing coprorate work with turnover levels £5million - £25million and upwards

- Experience managing and mentoring junior members of the team
