Audio Visual Technician

Are you an experienced AV Specialist looking for a rewarding new position?

In this exciting Audio Visual Specialist role, you will be working for a global law firm in London, specialising in meeting room and conferencing technologies.

You will be helping to deliver support for the AV functions and meeting room technologies whilst working closely with the on-site IT support team.

Key duties:

  • Provide professional, high-quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment
  • Assist in connecting external events and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Skype, and others.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and develop regular checklists to ensure the smooth operation of meeting and conference platforms.
  • Provide onsite support for new room device commissioning

Personal skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an AV Support role within a law firm or similar professional services
  • Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic

5 days onsite due to the nature of the role.
