We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Attendance Officer and Administrator to support our mission of fostering a conducive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate attendance records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and school policies.
  • Monitor student attendance patterns and implement strategies to address any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with parents/carers and external agencies regarding attendance matters, fostering positive relationships to support student's educational progress.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks efficiently, including data entry, filing, and general office duties.
  • Assist in the organisation of school events and activities, contributing to the vibrant school community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with relevant administrative processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
