Attendance and Welfare Officer required for a Secondary School in Chelmsford

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic First Aider to work full-time at a fantastic secondary school in Chelmsford

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30

Duties can include:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record data

  • Ensure that prompt, consistent and rigorous intervention with poor attendance is robust

  • Have responsibility for monitoring the attendance of most vulnerable students

  • Manage the process of addressing poor attendance

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience of working in a school

  • A real passion for working within an education environment

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role

  • Valid first aid certificate

  • Attendance Officer experience
