Package: £24K-£25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 1) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Business Development and building business relationships
• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
• Negotiating and objection handling.
• Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
• Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
• Lead & referral generating.
• Learning to become an expect in your market.

The Requirements:

You do not need any prior experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious recent graduates who have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A competitive nature
• A sense of achievement
• A strong work ethic
• Self confidence
