What you will need to succeed
While we welcome many experienced Recruiters here, what you do not need already is previous experience. Individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds join Hays and develop successful careers including tradespeople, retailers, individuals from hospitality, retailers, graduates/non-graduates and sales professionals.
Recruitment is hard work and results will require perseverance, resilience and determination. To succeed in this job you will need to be sales driven, results-orientated, ambitious and confident in your own abilities. There is no typical personality type that excels in this career, however our consultants are typically driven by success and to achieve targets.
