Associate Quantity Surveyor

A London based, boutique construction consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy managing a small quantity surveying team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based just south of the river Thames, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will take on two key roles. Firstly, being the manager of 3-4, less experienced Quantity Surveyors and supporting them with their work and development.

Secondly, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead on luxury residential projects for high profile, London clients.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• Strong technical, Quantity Surveying knowledge
• PQS / Cost Management experience in the UK
• Residential project exposure is beneficial
• Enjoys mentoring and managing other quantity surveyors
• Excellent pre and post cost management knowledge
