A dynamic and privately owned Cost Consultancy in Central Manchester is on the lookout for a driven and hands-on Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor sought for this role should ideally already possess senior-level experience within a consultancy environment, demonstrating proficiency in delivering a range of quantity surveying services across diverse private sector projects.

With an impressive pipeline of projects, this opportunity offers ambitious individuals the chance to contribute to managing and expanding a busy team, with strong prospects for career advancement.

Working on multimillion pound projects including:

  • High rise apartment blocks
  • Low rise apartment blocks
  • Mixed use developments
  • Student Accommodation & Shared Living
  • Hotels
  • Stadia

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in fostering repeat business and cultivating new opportunities in the market. They will benefit from a clearly defined and structured career progression path leading up to Directorship and ultimately partnership within the firm.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • A strong background working in a professional consultancy environment
  • Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
  • Private sector / Residential experience
  • Project Management/EA experience is ideal
