Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor

My client is prestigious construction consultancy seeking an exceptional Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London practice. Working with an elite client base of top 20 developers, high net-worth individuals, investment funds and institutions, you will manage high-profile projects across commercial, residential and mixed-use.

They are looking for an ambitious and commercially-astute surveyor with the following:

Post-chartered experience in a reputable consultancy
Proven business development abilities - comfortable networking with and presenting to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Expert knowledge of quantity surveying best practices, technologies and compliance
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field
