This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Brand and Customer manager (ABCM) to join our clients Womens Health Marketing Team for 12 months to help deliver their mission to deliver impactful medicines and solutions for a healthier every day. This role will be based in their offices located near to Old Street station in London. As the Women’s Health ABCM you will play a critical role in supporting and helping to drive forward the Central Northern Europe Cluster WH Marketing Team within the Women’s Health Franchise. Our client is looking for someone who brings energy, a hunger to learn, attention to detail, and positivity. Given the scope of the role and the fast-paced nature of our business, they are looking for someone who is a pro-active, self starter with an excellent ability to problem solve, prioritize and juggle a variety of tasks.

This is a full-time temporary contract role initially signed off for 12 months with a possible extension offering hybrid working (1 - 2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home). The role offers an hourly rate of £13.85 - £15.59 per hour, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday pro rata and other benefits.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Brand and Customer Manager to join their women's health division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, across the Central Northern Europe Cluster, to promote our portfolio of Women's Health pharmaceutical products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our WH portfolio while positively impacting the lives of women.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the brand team to assist in the development of comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive landscapes within the women's health pharmaceutical market.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and messaging, ensuring alignment with the needs and preferences of our target audience.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Collateral Development: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling marketing collateral, including sales aids, brochures, websites, and digital content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access, to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in women's health pharmaceutical marketing to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in women's health or related therapeutic areas.
  • Knowledge of UK ABPI code as well as insights or experience into other European markets (would be an added benefit)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • A passion for women's health and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
