Here's an exciting chance to join a flourishing multi-disciplinary consultancy as a Senior / Associate Architect.

Rapidly expanding, offering a diverse range of engineering and design services. With an impressive portfolio of projects both locally and internationally, across Architecture, Building Surveying, Electrical, Project Management, Structural, Civils, and Sustainability.

The opportunity would suit a senior Architect / Associate who is experienced managing teams and produces good quality design work. They will need to be experienced to go out and win work, ideally have local knowledge, resourcing and fee statements. You'll have the opportunity to work on intriguing projects, particularly within the defence sector.

The role: 
  • Oversee all design work and ensure it is at the highest standard
  • Business development and winning work, supporting new business opportunities to include bid writing and drawing packages, presentations to clients and project stakeholders
  • Grow and eventually lead a small team
  • Preparing concept schemes from client brief
  • Developing new and sustaining relationships
  • Design and develop projects
  • You will have excellent design skills and have a portfolio to demonstrate this
  • Experience leading and managing a small team
  • UK based experience and ARB / RIBA qualified Architect
