Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Project Manager/Site Manager in project planning and execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and quality standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient and transparent site culture.

What you'll need to succeed

  • SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS.
  • Previous experience within a similar field.
  • Available to start on a 4-week notice period.

What you'll get in return

  • Start Date: Imminent.
  • Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience.
