Assistant Site Manager
Up to £40,000 + package

I am currently working with a medium sized, traditional Main Contractor who have, over the years, gained an excellent reputation for being incredibly reliable and delivering high standard work. They are currently looking for a Assistant Site Manager for projects across South London across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Sports, Churches, Schools, High End Residential and Developments however will begin on a refurbishment project in Bromley. This is a great chance for an assistant site manager to experience a diverse work portfolio and have real chances to progress to Site Manager in the near future.

Responsibilities for the role include:

- Assisting the Construction Manager, ensuring programmes are hit on time
- Managing sub contractors on site
- Health and Safety checks
- Attend and run regular meetings

Requirements for this role include:

- Experience working on refirb/fit out projects
- Main Contracting experience
- Excellent communication skills
