A Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Manchester is looking to add a talented and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be part of a renowned team that operates across over 21 offices nationwide, comprising more than 300 skilled professionals.
This role offers the Assistant Quantity Surveyor a chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including sectors such as Office, Retail, Private Healthcare, Hotels & Leisure, Industrial, Student Accommodation, Education, and Social Housing. Such exposure is invaluable for any Assistant Quantity Surveyor aiming to complete their APC.
The role comes with fantastic opportunity for long term progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a career focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor in need of greater project variety in order to gain more industry exposure, work towards the APC and liaise closely with MRICS Senior members of the team for close mentorship and guidance.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree qualification
- Committed to completing APC
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- 12+ months QS experience with a UK Cost Consultancy
- A valid UK driving license is beneficial
