This fantastic firm are seeking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in central London. This is an amazing opportunity to join a team of MRICS Quantity Surveyors who will guide and mentor you through your APC. You will have the incredible opportunity to work on private sector projects within the residential, commercial, student accommodation sectors,

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline that is accredited by the RICS or similar.
  • At least 12 months of experience within a similar construction environment.
  • Client facing.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Presentation skills.


Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Produce documents to tender.
  • Contract Administration
  • Valuations
  • Cost Management
