A unique, London Cost Consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a keenness to gain a traditional Quantity Surveying skill set.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside the Director's of the consultancy, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will spend the majority of their time producing and working on Bills of Quantities, Scoping of Works documents, and Builders Quants.

As well as the above, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will get exposure to the high end residential, commercial, and monitoring sectors.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)
  • Minimum of 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Exposure to measuring, or bills of quantities
  • CAD experience would be useful
