An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Property Assistant/Administrator to join us in Uxbridge on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will help manage a temporary accommodation portfolio comprising of a variety of contracted housing management services through MHM’s registered providers; Plexus Housing Association and Omega Housing and Tando.
You will be responsible for assisting in tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, income management, welfare benefits advice, ensuring properties are in good condition and health and safety risks are identified and corrected.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of delivering high quality customer services along with the ability to service several clients with different needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be required for this position and you should be motivated, able to use your own initiative and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
In addition, exceptional organisational and time management skills are important and you will have strong IT skills (Word, Excel and on-line systems).
Due to the nature of the role, candidates should be willing to undertake a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and will have a clean full driving licence.
Although not essential, experience of temporary accommodation and experience of working in housing management within the public and private sectors would be beneficial.
Working Hours - 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
